Studies On Vitamin E:
* The American Cancer Society held a very large study with over a million people participating. They released the results concerning bladder cancer and supplementation with Vitamin E. What they found was that of the 1,000,000 participants in the US being examined, those who had taken vitamin E supplements for ten years or greater had a reduced risk of death from bladder cancer.
* In 1994, Finland conducted a population study on men and women between the ages of 30 to 69. The results suggested that an increased intake of vitamin E was associated with decreased death rate from heart disease.
