A good friend of mind had me over for dinner and some games. About 30 minutes after eating, and in the middle of a hilarious game of Curses, my good friend became embarrassingly gassy.
The smell was absolutely horrific!
It cleared the room and his wife was yelling at him as if he did it on purpose. She was saying “I love you by My GAWD Harry, this is ridiculous!”
Opps… I just gave away his name. Dang it. Sorry about that Harry.
Anyway, I remembered that Harry has missed 2 days of work a couple of weeks back because he had come down with some kind of food poisoning or a stomach bug. His wife told me that many times he has had to sleep on the couch because she simply couldn’t be in the same room with him.

“Every night right after dinner and it doesn’t matter what we eat. Last night he was okay, so I thought he might be over it. I am so sorry to do this to you guys”
Well lucky for Harry I had my travel bag, and in it I always have Activated Charcoal tablets.
I gave Harry my little speech, which always starts out something like this ” I am not a Doctor, and because I live in the USA nothing except a doctor can cure or treat any form of illness according the FDA, but exercising my constitutional right of free speech I would like to tell you what I use for myself and then you can make an informed decision for yourself as an adult with free will”
Harry took the pills. He was, ummm, shall we say “passing gas” every 2-3 minutes. Twenty minutes after taking the pills it stopped. No more gas. Period.
I truly wish I could convey to you the absolutely horrible , inhumane smell that was coming from poor old Harry, but lucky for you there is no current way to capture and share smells.
My guess is that Harry still had some of this stomach bug hanging around and it was eating when he ate and growing and multiplying and giving off gas. Usually sugar is a common food source for these nasty bugs.
WARNING: I highly suggest you research the brand of Charcoal before you ingest it. Some products out there are Petroleum based, which is not good for internal use. Be wary of others that made for commercial uses such as filtering water for fish tanks, etc.
The Activated Charcoal I have linked from here is probably the best one on the market and it is certainly the cheapest price around ($5.00)

We never did get to finish that awesome round in Curses. The house needed to air out.
As a side note, if you have never played Curses before, I REALLY suggest you check it out.
It is really a riot!

Diabetes drug maker SmithKline Beecham hid their own test data from the public on their drug Avandia because they put profits in front of safety.
EXCERPT FROM THE NEW YORK TIMES:
In the fall of 1999, the drug giant SmithKline Beecham secretly began a study to find out if its diabetes medicine, Avandia, was safer for the heart than a competing pill, Actos, made by Takeda.
Avandia’s success was crucial to SmithKline, whose labs were otherwise all but barren of new products. But the study’s results, completed that same year, were disastrous. Not only was Avandia no better than Actos, but the study also provided clear signs that it was riskier to the heart.
But instead of publishing the results, the company spent the next 11 years trying to cover them up, according to documents recently obtained by The New York Times. The company did not post the results on its Web site or submit them to federal drug regulators, as is required in most cases by law.
“This was done for the U.S. business, way under the radar,” Dr. Martin I. Freed, a SmithKline executive, wrote in an e-mail message dated March 29, 2001, about the study results that was obtained by The Times. “Per Sr. Mgmt request, these data should not see the light of day to anyone outside of GSK,” the corporate successor to SmithKline.
The heart risks from Avandia first became public in May 2007, with a study from a cardiologist at the Cleveland Clinic who used data the company was forced by a lawsuit to post on its own Web site. In the ensuing months, GlaxoSmithKline officials conceded that they had known of the drug’s potential heart attack risks since at least 2005.
But the latest documents demonstrate that the company had data hinting at Avandia’s extensive heart problems almost as soon as the drug was introduced in 1999, and sought intensively to keep those risks from becoming public. In one document, the company sought to quantify the lost sales that would result if Avandia’s cardiovascular safety risk “intensifies.” The cost: $600 million from 2002 to 2004 alone, the document stated.

Stiff body & Creaky joints? Try this… it is free!?
WATER.
When I do not drink enough water my joints get stiff and I can hear my body make noises when I move. It is almost like the bones are rubbing together. It is the worst in my neck and back.
Drinking water is free (or as close to free as you are going to get).
Instead of worrying about any complicated formula, why not just ad an extra glass or two of water during your day and see how much better you feel.

The sun is out today, so it’s time for me to make some Vitamin D and serotonin!
Yes, the sun really is good for you. Did you know that the Sun is the source of all life for this planet. If you took it away, everything here would die.
Don’t let anyone fear monger you out of healthy sun bathing.
It is true that you don’t want too much… your skin will let you know if you have been in the sun too long. Sunburns are dangerous and they add up over your lifetime, but 5 – 10 minutes of full body sun exposure a day will leave you feeling great.
Sunlight helps stimulate the pineal gland in the brain. The pineal gland produces feel-good chemicals that help boost your moods.
SAD
Have you been gloomy all winter? You may be suffering Seasonal Affective Disorder, in which the lack of sunlight holds back your brain’s production of serotonin. The return of sunshine and longer days will have you feeling better!
Sunlight is THE natural source of Vitamin D!
Vitamin D helps strengthen our bones and muscles and immune system!
You can get all the Vitamin D you need daily in just ten minutes outside in the sun.
WARNING:
If you are going to spend more than 10 minutes in the sun, you really need to use a sunblock. Overdoing sun exposure LEADS TO CANCER.
But most of those sunblocks have HARMFUL CHEMICALS in them. They do all sorts of strange stuff to your immune system, your hormone levels and they kill fish and are bad for the environment.
Some studies even show a correlation between the chemicals in Sun Block and cancer!
Scary stuff I know!
SIMPLE SOLUTION
Use a Natural SunBlock.
HERE IS THE SUNBLOCK I USE – CLICK HERE
It is gentle enough for use on children.
It is chemical free.
It is all natural
Mineral Based
AND IT WORKS.
Keep yourself safe out there with Natural Sunblock.

Steven from Agiura California sent me this natural remedy for Acne:
Hi Guy,
My grandma gave me this to get rid of the pimples on my face and back. It works better than the Clearasil I tried and its as natural as it gets.
Peel some oranges and instead of throwing the peels away like normal, instead put them in some water and then press them and pound them. You can use a rock or a fancy Mortar and Pestle.
Natural oils from the orange peel will mix with the water, and then you can put the water directly onto where you have acne.
Works fast too!
NOTE FROM GUY SOLOMON:
If you don’t know what a Mortar and Pestle is, you can see some pictures HERE.
Huge variety of Mortal and Pestle’s
They are very useful for cooking, and for a LOT of Natural Cures and Home Remedies.
HAVE YOU TRIED THIS CURE?
Please leave a comment to let all of us know how well this cure worked for you.

Never wait to go to the bathroom.
Did you know that holding your urine can and does stretch out your bladder? Years of doing this, even on occasion can lead to adult urinary incontinence.
Why?
Your bladder is elastic, and when you fill it up and hold it, you are stretching it out and wearing out the elasticity.
Same thing if you have to go number 2. When you hold it, you put pressure on your colon and can cause distention of the bowel (actually stretching it out). This can lead to diverticulitis and irritable bowel syndrome. It will also lead to future constipation because the bowel will be much wider and unable to move your fecal wastes along as well as it used.
Again, this leads to incontinence (fecal incontinence).
Now for the more serious matters:
Holding back bodily wastes have been linked to colon cancers and even bladder cancer.
Moral of the story:
When you have to go… You have to go!

Why is Apple Cider Vinegar Such A Widely Used Natural Cure?
Hippocrates, the Greek Father of Modern Medicine ( he lived 460-377 BC) prescribed apple cider vinegar for its powerful cleansing, healing and germ fighting abilities.
Even though Hippocrates lived a very long time ago, we still know the many positive benefits of apple cider vinegar continue to exist today.
What is vinegar you might ask?
Vinegar is an alcoholic liquid that has been allowed to sour. It is primarily used to flavor and preserve foods and as an ingredient in salad dressings and marinades. Vinegar is also used as a cleaning agent. The word is from the French vin (wine) and aigre (sour).
Research has shown that the uses for apple cider vinegar are numerous.
Here is a partial list of Apple Cider Vinegar’s most useful natural treatments:
- Allergies (pet, food and environmental)
- Weight loss
- Sinus infections
- Acne
- High cholesterol
- High blood pressure
- Flu
- Chronic fatigue syndrome
- Candida (yeast infection)
- Acid reflux
- Sore throat
- Eczema
- Arthritis
- Gout
Apple cider vinegar has been used for more than 10,000 years. It was was discovered when a case of wine got too old and fermented into a vinegar product. Since then people have been using apple cider vinegar both as a food and medicine for themselves and their pets.
Perhaps the most common use for apple cider vinegar these days is weight loss.
So how does it work?
Apple Cider Vinegar helps to remove toxins from your body, curb your appetite and speed up your metabolism, thereby helping to burn off excess fat.
Apple cider vinegar is very high in fiber and since fiber provides your body with indigestible bulk, supplements that are high in fiber make you feel more full and therefore you will consume fewer calories.
Many people are quick to dismiss apple cider vinegar as just another fad diet. However, a report in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed that apple cider vinegar helps to control blood sugar and insulin levels following a carbohydrate-rich meal, and also it does indeed help to create a feeling of fullness (called satiation). After ingestion of the recommended dosage followed by a carbohydrate-rich meal, the sense of fullness was more than doubled.
Studies conducted on apple cider vinegar have found it to contain 90 different substances, such as 13 types of carbolic acids, 20 ketones, 18 types of alcohols and 4 aldehydes. All of this translates into apple cider vinegar being able to provide your body with enzymes, minerals, and trace elements such as potassium, calcium magnesium, copper and iron and vitamins such as vitamin c, vitamin e, vitamin a, vitamin b1, beta-carotene and a host of bioflavonoids.
A skeptic would suggest that you could obtain the same nutritional benefits from simply eating an apple! Apples are certainly very high in nutritional value, but the same elements and actions are not as evident as they are in apple cider vinegar. The reasoning behind this is that the nutrients found in apple cider vinegar are retained when apple juice is fermented into hard cider and then undergoes a second fermentation into actual apple cider vinegar.
When you consider how many incredible health benefits Apple Cider Vinegar provides, you would really be missing out on a CHEAP way to vastly improve your health.
Not all Apple Cider Vinegar is made the same… and certainly only a few are both Organic and Natural.
Only Use This: 1 Gallon Of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
That is exactly what I use. Best Brand available… It has no preservatives (this is VERY important!) and best of all it is Organic and made naturally.

READ THESE REVIEWS
WOW… those are some glowing reviews!
The worst review for this product is 4 out of 5 stars and the person writing it on Amazon admits that he was drunk at the time and uses it for hangovers. Okay – I found that more than a little funny! ha ha ha
A gallon of Apple Cider Vinegar will last you several months. What a great deal!
